Specialising in strategic and operational leadership, Lindsay offers expert consultancy in compliance, auditing, and training to domiciliary care and care homes. As a Registered Nurse for Learning Disabilities (RNLD), she has a rich portfolio of roles within the care sector, including Registered Manager for two care homes and the nominated individual for a large independent charity.

Her professional remit extends to regional operational management and the establishment of clinical governance frameworks for national care providers. With experience in financial and strategic management, she has overseen budgets ranging from £2M to £90M per annum.

Lindsay was the youngest care inspector in West Sussex when she joined the local authority inspection team in 2000. Subsequently, she became the CEO for The Meath Epilepsy Charity, earning the organisation an “outstanding” CQC rating and steering it through the COVID-19 crisis.

Lindsay has refined her skills in human resources, leadership development and is keenly interested in professional coaching. Outside of her professional commitments, she enjoys reading, running, and cooking.
