Wendy Rockey

Wendy is a paralegal in the Property Team.  Wendy is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) and is working towards her Fellowship.  Wendy was a founding member of the Devon Branch of CILEx.  Wendy formerly worked for a large regional law firm undertaking various property transactions for public sector clients.  Wendy currently deals with a mixture of residential and commercial property transactions.  These include sales and purchases, transfers for pension schemes, sales for developers, adverse possession claims, refinance work and transactions dealing with unregistered land.

Katie Stewart

Katie is an Assistant Solicitor with Prydis Legal Limited, in the Property Team. She graduated from the University of Birmingham with a 2:1 honours degree in English Literature and Language, before completing her Law Conversion at the University of Exeter. Katie subsequently completed the Legal Practice Course with Merit and trained with a local firm. Prior to joining Prydis Legal Limited, she worked in local government, dealing with general property and S106 work. Katie deals mainly with commercial property transactions, including pension transfers, sales and purchases, refinance work and general commercial lease work

Jayne Deasy

Jayne is a Solicitor on the Corporate Team. She graduated from University College Cork with a top honours degree in Law and French before gaining a distinction in her Masters in European Law at University College Dublin. She qualified as a Solicitor in Ireland in 2006 and was admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 2015. Throughout her career she has worked for major commercial law firms in Ireland, the UK and overseas advising on a wide range of commercial and corporate transactions.

Emma Ensor

Emma is a Trainee Solicitor for Prydis Legal Limited. She graduated from Exeter University with a degree in Law and is currently studying for the Legal Practice Course and will qualify as a Solicitor in corporate law in November 2019.
